High Season: June - September 30 working days notice is required to cancel, afterwards full amount is non-refundable.
Low Season: 15 working days notice is required to cancel, afterwards full amount is non-refundable.
Any cancellation before the deadline will incur £25 + 5% credit card handling fee.
Security Deposit:
Please note that on arrival the property requires a security / damages deposit. This is made by credit card authorisation transaction and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account and after an inventory check has been made. An authorisation transaction is NOT DEBITED from the card holders account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled.
