Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.
All cancellations and amendments made before the cancellation deadline will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests.
Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.
Notice of cancellation is required 4 working days prior to arrival. If you fail to cancel prior to this time you will be charged 2 days accommodation, as well as the £25 + 5% card handling fees.
Once checked-in at the property the entire booking is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
