• 2 Bedroom Apartment: Dolphin House has two types of 2-bedroom apartment, two with one bathroom, and one with two bathrooms.
• Three Bedroom Apartment: Sleeps six people. Features three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a lounge and a kitchen.

Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation and amendment deadline is for 3 working days (monday to friday) prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time. This cancellation policy will also be stated on the confirmation.

All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.

Any reservation cancelled more than 3 working days prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time, will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge. Any reservation amended (amendments include modifying the arrival date and adding or reducing the number of apartments or nights) more than 3 working days prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time, will incur only a GBP 25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from any refund issued or added to any extra charge made the same day of the amendment and a confirmation of the amendment will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5 percent (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge. Please note that although the length of stay can be extended, there will be no obligation from the property to allocate the same apartment or to apply the same rate. If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened, then the applicable tariff for that shorter duration will come into force.
