IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The check-in procedure does not take place at the apartments. Full details of the check in office (open 24 hours a day), will be provided once a reservation is confirmed.
Please be aware credit card details will be forwarded to these apartments for pre-authorisation. A £300 damage deposit is required which will be returned within 14 days after departure assuming there are no charges, unless the conditions relating to reservations and payment are not respected, keys are lost or unreasonable damage caused.

Any reservation made for this property is non-refundable and non-exchangeable: any cancellation at any point will be charged in full.
All cancellations and amendments must be made directly with Discount City Hotels to receive a confirmation of cancellation/amendment.
All late cancellations will be subject to a late cancellation fee as per the cancellation policy.

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
