Bullet Train: The Shinkansen (i.e. bullet trains) network offers fast and convenient service between Tokyo and other major cities. It takes approximately 3 hours to travel from Tokyo to Osaka.

Taxis: Taxis can be very convenient for intra-city transportation. They are available on the streets, ranks or by phone.
Train: The railway system in Japan is known for its punctuality and safety. Airport Car Rental: Available at the Terminal 1 and 2 (1st floor). Office hours: 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Car Parks: The car park in front of Terminal 1 includes single and twin level parking with room for approximately 1,000 cars. The Terminal 2 car park has 5 levels above ground and 2 below ground for approximately 1,900 cars.
Foreign Currency Exchange: There are 16 banks and 2 post offices at the airport managing foreign currency exchange. The opening hours are from 6:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Limousine Buses: The limousine bus service departing from Narita Airport has a comprehensive network of routes across the Tokyo metropolitan area. It connects the New Tokyo International Airport at Narita with the Tokyo City Air Terminal (T-CAT), the Yokohama City Air Terminal (YCAT), Haneda Airport and most major Tokyo hotels. Buses are available from the front of the arrival lobby at Narita Airport, taking you directly to the entrance of major hotels in Tokyo. The buses run every day leaving every 5 – 30 minutes. Tickets can be bought at the 1st Floor Arrival Lobby.
Luggage Delivery: Delivery service counters at the airport include ABC Co. Ltd., Kamataki Unyu Co. Ltd. (QL Liner), New Passenger Service (NPS), Sky Porter and Green Port Agency (GPA). Per piece of luggage up to 30kg is charged 2,000 yen.
Public Trains: Narita Express, Keisei Skyliner, and Limited Express are available at Narita Airport Station and Airport Terminal 2 Station.
Taxis: Taking about 90 minutes to central Tokyo, a one way fare costs about 25,000 yen.
Terminal Connection Bus: This free service operates from 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. and is available for transfer between Terminals 1 and 2 of Narita Airport. Frequency: Every 8 minutes (peak hours) and every 10 – 20 minutes (off-peak hours). Travelling time: It takes around 10 minutes. Rail and limousine bus also offers convenient connection between Narita Airport and Haneda Airport (Domestic). Travelling time: It takes around 75 – 110 minutes.
